Love this! People mistake Niche for Expensive or “Luxury”. But that’s incorrect. Niche literally means a company that focuses on creating/making a single line of product; in this case, Fragrances only. This means they don’t make other things like Clothes, Shoes or Beauty products. Great list again. 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

I think Le Couvent Maison de Parfum is highly underrated. They make affordable, good smelling high quality perfumes, and their bottles are very pretty with glass and a magnet cap. I’ve had 2 100 ml bottles of 2 different fragrances from this brand and I used up them both. I got the Aqua Solis as a tester I believe and I love it. Tho my female friend said it smelled like grandma😢

I must say that Atelier is FAR from cologne concentration. I have the Jasmin Angelique which is BEAUTIFUL! It lasts for over 8 hours on me with just 3 sprays, of course while having your outfit on. Thank you for your video! 💐

Leila, in case you haven't tried yet, you should try Tinharé by Le Couvent. It's a softer and friendlier version of BR 540. For the fraction of the price.

Dear Leila, I very much enjoy watching your videos, your recommendations. Love that you give preference to more affordable perfume houses too, and so good of you to mention Nicolaï often. I started buying their fragrances approx. one year ago and have come to love the 7 of their scents that I have bought so far. My favorites being PATCHOULI INTENSE, MUSC INTENSE and VANILLE TONKA. After today’s recommendations I will add CUIR CUBA INTENSE for sure.. At NICOLAÏ’s I find laudable that their perfumes in 30ml bottles are per milliliter not overly more expensive than in the 100ml bottles. (Approx. 2€ per ml - compared to 1.80€). Sadly, most renowned niche perfume houses up their price per ml very much in the smaller bottles sector, often 1 ml is almost double the price in a 10ml travel size compared to 100ml OG. I still have to try Aqua di Parma Scents.. Thank you Leila for your great descriptions of fragrances - much appreciated. You have become one of my most favorite perfume reviewers🌸

Smyrna sounds lovely! I love Rose 31 and other than a chypre which contains a rose note, I don't care for most rose perfumes on myself. I own Le Couvent Aqua Millefolia and it is very fresh and green, though also not lasting on my skin. Some of these are hard to find in the US. Thank you! oxJulia

I bought 2 le couvant fragrances today. Seeing it for 30 euros instead of the regulair 80. I thought it was a great deal until you said it is normal in the us. Still expect to love them and for the price i can hardly go wrong

Great picks, Leyla! ☺ I love Le couvent des Minimes fragrances in general but mostly their Aqua-line. Have you tried them? They're are more herbal,greener and really natural, always with a hint of freshness. Like a mediterranian garden in summer 😊 Aqua Paradisi, Aqua Nymphae and Aqua des Minimes are my favourite ones expecially in hot weather and their price tag is hilarious. Not expensive at all. They're really worth a try 😊

Thank you for this selection! 🥰 Perfumes de Nikolai have definately been on my radar these past months and I am thinking of getting a sample set or go in big and order a 30ml versions of the Pathouli Intense and Cuir Cuba. ❤️ And you keep saying the quality is top notch! And that's what I like, the corresponding quality when I pay the high price. A few brands I can suggest to the frag lovers in your channel - Essential Parfums, Maison Matine, Un Nuit Nomade and Antinomie. All french houses and I have full size bottles from Essential Parfums (Bois Imperial and Rose Magnetic) and the rest I will try soon and let you know my thoughts. Antinomie have edp and extrait de parfum concentrations as well. Oh, and another new to me brand Teo Cabanel, if you have tried their creations let us know what you think. Hugs from me! ❤️💐

Hi Leila, it's a very nice and affordable selection as not everyone can afford or want to spent money on very expensive perfumes. Thanks for talking about nice French brands that are not widely known. Indeed, Jean-Claude Ellena was the exlusive perfumer for Hermes during many years and created a lot of fragrances for very famous perfume houses. I actually don't know The Couvent fragrances very well, Hattaï sounds interesting. I tried Tinharé but didn't like it (too medicinal to my nose). Molinard is such a nice brand based in Grasse (considered as the capital city of perfumes), I don't like Habanita nor Nirmala but I do love Cuir ! Now I have to put my nose on Lavande. Cuir Cuba and Musc Intense by Nicolaï also sound very nice. I can suggest you to have a look at Maison Matine that fits in the category of affordable niche perfumes. Have a nice Sunday 🌞

Leila, please try The House of Sillage «Cherry Garden ». It smells like a 1 million dollar to me, and I hope you appreciate it. Here în Romania also ELDO has good prices. Most of my bottles were under 100 euros. 100 ml bottles are about 75 euros and 50 ml bottles are about 45-50 euros.

Atelier Cologne was primarily an American company, and the perfumes are made in France. Now, they’ve left the US, sadly. We can only buy remaining stock from retailers. I also have Cafe Tuberosa, and I enjoy it in the winter. It does smell like a luxurious French cafe. I tried to buy another bottle 2 years ago, and it was out of stock in the US. I’m not sure if it’s been discontinued. So sad!

I love Lavande, especially for bedtime when it's a bit chilly. I find it very warming. I got a sample of the Tom Ford Lavander Extreme and it's very nice, a bit cooler without the Tonka. The difference is not significant until the dry down when Lavande is sweeter and warmer. Definitely not worth the splurge for the TF. Note: I have the old formula.

Yes, Lavande is perfect for bed time - I spray my pillow in the morning and when I go to sleep at night it smells heavenly 💜🤍💜🤍

Lovely picks Leila, I see from watching your reviews you own quite a few rose based fragrances, Can I give you a recommendation, I purchased a fragrance quite recently called Tea Rose, An Edt, 120ml, Very cheap, Great performance, You can purchase it from Notino for £8.50, It is the most realistic and natural rose scent I have ever smelt, Quite quite beautiful, Imagine being in a flower garden and delving your face into a bouquet of roses, Effervescent, Peppery, airy, Refreshing. Incredible, Very suitable for summer and a hot climate. Good luck and happy fragrance hunting.

Thank you very much Leila for another great video of yours! Unfortunately, except for Aqua di Parma, there's no shipping to my country from most of those brands. However, I bought Molinard's Patchouli Intense from a Chilean online store and I love it! It gives me a chocolate accord that I really enjoy. Mine comes in the old bottle and it's very long lasting but I wish it had better sillage, cause it's pretty close to the skin scent to me. Lavande is not available al the moment in this website I mencioned but I'll definitely try and chcek it out. I once bought a sample set and there is a fragrance I loved but it's never available, it's called Tubereuse Vertigineuse, have you tried it?
