Superman one hits powerful entities like that through the power of plot, everyone on this list could kill him if you take into account their full capabilities. Even the Flash can kill Superman fairly readily, especially if he isn't expecting it.

Superman is killable. He could kill by kryptonite sphere, red sun radiation weaken him, a small fragmen of krytonite could kill him, too, magic could kill him. High pressure nuclear power could kill him, too. Uncontrolled superman is quite tricky and dangerous. So the flash with his speed could kill him, wonder woman could kill him, batman takes time , but he could, fire storm could just change everything into kryptonite, dr fate well he's magic.
