She inconvenienced the officers that day & went on a little joy ride. Nothing any of the officers have to pay for damages on cuz it’s not their personal property the government will just pay for it through our taxes… in reality like all she did was inconvenience them, & just like when someone is inconvenienced by a mosquito landing on the back of their neck & biting, they swat & kill that mosquito. the mosquito dies… just like they ended her life, & she very likely will die behind bars, cuz she made fools out of them. What she did wasn’t right, but 45 years isn’t right either… I could understand like 5 years, & 10 would be really pushing it… but this is just the government swatting her life away like she’s a bug. That isn’t right. She’s not a murderer or anything, she shouldn’t be punished that excessively… if she stole your car or my car she wouldn’t be facing 45 years, & nor would I want her to even if she stole my car. See the double standard?… I’ve had my car stolen twice before, & as much as it pissed me the fuck off & I wanna see the thief get what they deserve - I wouldn’t want them locked up for 45 years…

Coping mechanism for sure! Better to react in comedic fashion than in panic. My husband is a panic type and I remember he scared tf out of our kids when I had them huddling in a closet because of a tornado. I was pregnant and couldn’t fit, so I sat at the door with my hand on the knob and my husband was next to me and this man starts straight up praying like he’s performing an exorcism. I’m telling him to shut up and trying to calm my kids down while watching a Nader on the opposite side of the house through a window

Full on panicpraying isn’t good of course, but that’s not what I got from the story. Even though I’m not like that and I’m part of the majority of guyz that can be really calm in stressfull situations, I do understand why praying seems like a good idea in such a case…

@@2dronetek2it’s a body lift. Especially with leg trauma and bad terrain, feet first would be the way to go because it keeps the feet elevated and keeps the blood pressure lower to stop bleeding. It’s the correct decision. Also, I’m one of the firefighters in that video

About someone wrecking over an embankment and not being found - there’s a rly cool news story I saw video on the other day about this happening to a guy he wasn’t found for 6 days!!! He lived surprisingly. A fisherman found him and called police. There is Body cam footage of them cutting him out of his truck. He lost one leg below the knee! Was crazy. I also remember another story a long time ago about a woman being reported missing and she had wrecked and wasn’t found til awhile later but this was years ago and I can’t remember what happened with that story idr if she was found alive and how long it was or anything

As for the one you mentioned about getting into an accident and being there 7 or 8 days, exposure and injuries is what will do you in not dehydration (Depending on local temps ofc) inside that kind of timeframe. You can go almost 2 weeks without water and assuming the temp isnt past 80 for a prolonged period, higher temps drain your body faster
