To guys who are saying it's not worth. The apartment is marketed at a price that excludes 99.9% of buyers. There are multi millionaires in India and Lodha World one has buyers from high paying jobs in media, finance, insurance, banking to celebrities, politician, industrialist. There are even rich farm land owners who have booked in here. All that we do not know is if the apartment price is all inclusive or 30% more priced.

Very small and bad architecture..not worth 15 crore.

What's the all inclusive price ? I saw one Lodha apartment in Goregaon where the apartment cost was 2cr and all inclusive became 3.7cr. swimming gym, parking, tennis court, club, car parking, floor rise.. and this was 7 years back.

This is the disaster which happens when you have all the money in the world but no class no taste… blue bedroom pink bathroom red mirror… even living room looks like a furniture store selling second hand chairs🪑

But Loadha aren't trust worthy. This is very clear from the social media platform atleast I won't recommend anyone for petty money.

It's a compact high end luxury apartment which many will prefer over duplexes or extravagant lavish full floor apartments which looks more like hotels rather than home. It would have been excellent if all the bedrooms were a little bigger like last one .

4 bhk is lower parel, that too in world one I too cheap. What's the maintenance.

Not worth the price as compared to price living room is way too small also lodha rooms are small always.I live in south Mumbai and I can get better deals in South Mumbai at this price.

I was in Mumbai. A good friend invited me to visit. Luxury housing. Beautiful house. An expensive apartment with a lot of imperfections, marriage and hack work! It's the same in your video). There are a lot of flaws and hack work in an expensive apartment. 6-38. There are welding marks on the railing! The decorative coating is damaged! 7-18. Kitchen cabinets are a complete horror. Crooked skewed doors) 7-19. The seams are terribly sealed with sealant! The kitchen is adapted for built-in appliances. But the washing machine and dryer are unclear where. The entrance doors to the rooms are dirty). 9-19. The curvature of either the wall or the shower stall! For the kind of match box size rooms offered, customers r being cheated with a too pricey tag of 14crores for a 3 bhk is not at all worth. Its better to live a royal life by spending the same amount to own a sprawling farmhouse (in other cities)with a palace built-in and can have more royal amenities that are being offered at World One.
