Ventilation is not given to avoid dust and pollution they will have temperature control and purifier it's a rich man way of life.

The project is good considering it’s located in South Central Mumbai. Great amenities and nice apartment. One thing lacking though is a balcony. And the cost per square foot for maintenance would be very high considering all the swanky amenities. Thanks for the video.

I have been to Trump Tower house. It's very beautiful. Too expensive though. It's a luxury dream house.
