@@carterpao well of course we do because dogs are pets and obviously for the safety of the dog and others,while walking them outside, you must have them on a leash by law, unless it's a stray dog but a monkey should never be pit on a leash and should be in nature with others like them(natural habitat) not performing for money because this lazy idiot don't want to work...
