Just turned 63 and thought I was in pretty decent shape. This workout kicked my butt. Thought 40 seconds would be easy but some I couldn’t complete. Excellent workout looking forward to improving and know I will feel so much better.

Hey man, just wanted to say that this is perfect. I’m a beginner to working out and following this was rediculously challenging but the feeling afterward is like no other. You really make the user put in the effort, and the minute they feel like they’re about to fail you stop, take a break, and switch to a different exercise that the person has a easier time with

Liked this alot, all the abs killed me but im out of condition. Would be awesme to see some hard workouts same length but more targeted (eg upper body, or arms or legs) also would like some hard routines that involve one weight (most people have one weight lying around. I've lost condition lately and really needed this to get me motivated again. cheers.

Great workout, but a tip that I think us beginners could gain from..during your 18 second break, you should demonstrate the next upcoming exercise, and a total workout countdown counter on the bottom of the screen always helps psychologically

Almost fainted after this workout Any Tips? I ate protein pancakes, with coffee and drank half a water bottle. This was like 1 hrs before the workout. I rushed to the kitchen and downed an orange and an apple.

Hey JTM - I have a couple of questions which I hope you can answer. 1. I stopped eating sugary foods 5 weeks ago and have been losing weight, which was my goal (I am skinny-fat). I am naturally very slim and want to maintain a healthy weight without sugar. Would these exercises the build the necessary muscle? 2. Are these exercises safe with a small inguinal hernia? Surgery isn't an option any time soon. Many thanks in advance, best regards C.

These bodyweight exercises are a good place to start but if you really want to build muscle I suggest do 3-4 resistance training workouts a week. You and your doctor would know best in terms of what’s good or not good for your specific limitations in terms of the hernia
