It's important to go at a pace that is comfortable for you and allows you to fully understand the material. Take your time and don't be afraid to pause or rewind the videos if needed. However, listen to your body and adjust accordingly. If you feel like you need more rest days, then take them. It's important to find a balance that works for you.
