This 15 minute lower body barre workout targets your inner & outer thighs & glutes! My ballet inspired dancer workouts are perfect when you want to get those long and lean dancer muscles and are looking for a beginner friendly, no jumping at home workout.
Since my past lies in dancing, music has always played a big role in my life. For this reason, in my videos every movement is synchronized exactly to the beat of the music. In this way I want to show you the joy of movement and motivate you to go to your limits. What are you waiting for?

Thanks as had to stop during exercises and haven't had a day off for months and can't until I look anywhere near your physique, which will probably never happen considering I've been exercising for two years, but need to sort out my diet!

Rest days and good nutrition are at least as important as training days! Keep that always in mind :)
