✍🏻𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐑𝐄𝐃𝐈𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒:
For Aloo Halwa
* Ghee(घी) - 1 Serving Spoon
* Dry fruits(सूखे मेवे) - Some
* Boiled Potato(आलू) - 2
* Sugar(चीनी) - 1/2 Cup
* Dry fruits(सूखे मेवे) - Some
For Sooji Halwa
* Ghee(घी) - 1/2 Bowl
* Almonds(बादाम)
* Cashew Nuts(काजू)
* Raisins(किशमिश)
* Semolina(सूजी) - 1/2 Bowl
* Gram Flour(बेसन) - 1 Spoon
* Water(पानी) - 1.5 Cup
* Saffron Water(केसर का पानी) - Some
* Sugar(चीनी) - 1/2 Bowl
* Pistachio(पिस्ता)
For Besan Halwa:
For Saffron Water:
* Water (पानी) - 3/4 bowl
* Saffron (केसर) - some
For Besan Halwa:
* Gram Flour (बेसन) - 1 bowl
* Semolina (सूजी) - 2 spoon
* Ghee (घी) - 1/2 bowl
* Milk (दूध) - 1 spoon
* Sugar (चीनी) - more than 1/2 cup
* Food Colour (फूड कलर) - 1 pinch
* Water (पानी) - 2-3 tbsp
* Almonds (बादाम) - chopped & roasted
* Pistachio (पिस्ता) - finely chopped
✍🏻𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐈𝐏𝐄:
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐀𝐥𝐨𝐨 𝐇𝐚𝐥𝐰𝐚, keep the heavy bottom pan on the flame, add some Ghee & chopped Dry Fruits. Roast them slightly & take them out. In the same pan put boiled & crushed Potato & roast it. Then put Sugar & cook by attiring it continuously. Garnish with roasted Dry Fruits, serve, and enjoy!
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐮𝐣𝐢 𝐇𝐚𝐥𝐰𝐚, keep the pan on the flame. Add some Ghee, Almonds, Cashew Nuts, and Raisins. Roast them and take them out on a plate.
Put Fine Semolina, Gram Flour, and Cardamom in the same pan, and roast it well on a slow flame. Then add Water, cover it & cook it for 1-2 mins. Put some Saffron Water, Sugar, roasted & chopped Dry Fruits & cook it for 2-3 mins more on a slow flame. Garnish with some nicely chopped Pistachio and enjoy!
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐁𝐞𝐬𝐚𝐧 𝐇𝐚𝐥𝐰𝐚, take a tea pan, Put Water & some Saffron in it then boil it. Take out it & take a bowl put Gram Flour, Semolina in it. Take a kadhai, Put Ghee in it then put Gram Flour in it & roast it. Keep the flame slow then after 9-10 min put Milk in it. Put Sugar in it & roast it properly. Now put Saffron Water & one pinch of Food Color in it. Stir it gradually. Add some more Water in it Halwa to be softened. Add roasted Almonds to the Halwa & add Ghee for shining. Take out the Halwa on the plate. Garnish it with the chopped Pistachio and enjoy!
