𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐑𝐄𝐃𝐈𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒:
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐌𝐨𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐝𝐚𝐥 𝐇𝐚𝐥𝐰𝐚:
* Moong Dal (मूंग दाल) - 250 grams /1.5 cup
* Ghee (घी) - 6-7 spoons
* Semolina (सूजी) - 1 spoon
* Gram Flour (बेसन) - 1 spoon
* Sugar (चीनी) - 400 grams
* Water (पानी) - 1/2 cup
* Milk (दूध) - 2.5-3 cup
* Dry Fruits (सूखे मेवे) - some
* Saffron (केसर)
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐁𝐞𝐞𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐭 𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐰𝐚:
* Beetroot(चुकंदर) - 4-5 Pieces
* Ghee(घी) - 1 Table Spoon
* Milk(दूध) - 1 Glass
* Sugar(चीनी) - 1 Cup
* Mawa/Khoya(मावा/खोया) - 1 Cup
* Cardamom Powder(इलायची पाउडर) - 1/2 Tsp
* Pistachio(पिस्ता) - Some
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐊𝐡𝐚𝐬𝐤𝐡𝐚𝐬 𝐇𝐚𝐥𝐰𝐚:
* Poppy Seeds(खसखस) - 200 Gram
* Wheat Flour(गेहूं का आटा) - 1 Spoon
* Ghee(घी) - 1/2 Cup + 1/2 Cup
* Almonds(बादाम) - 200 Gram
* Milk(दूध) - 1-2 Litre
* Safforan(केसर) - Some
* Sugar Candy(धागा मिश्री) - 200-250 Gram
* Cardamom Powder(इलायची पाउडर) - 1-1.5 Tsp
* Pistachio(पिस्ता) - Some
𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐈𝐏𝐄:
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐌𝐨𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐝𝐚𝐥 𝐇𝐚𝐥𝐰𝐚, wash Moong Dal and keep it on a cloth & dry it under fan for 10 mins and roast it. In a pan add Semolina, Gram Flour, ground Moong Dal and Water and cook and mix. Then add Milk and saffron Milk and cook on slow flame. Then add roasted & chopped Dry Fruits, serve and enjoy.
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐁𝐞𝐞𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐭 𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐰𝐚, soak the Beetroot in the water for 2 hours. Peel them and grate them. In a pan add Ghee grated beetroot, and Milk. Cover and cook it on a medium flame. Add Sugar, Mawa/Khoya and Cardamom Powder. Cook it until dense and garnish with grated Mawa/Khoya and Pistachio. Serve it hot and enjoy!
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐊𝐡𝐚𝐬𝐤𝐡𝐚𝐬 𝐇𝐚𝐥𝐰𝐚, take some Poppy Seeds/Khas-Khas, and soak them overnight. In a pan add Ghee, Wheat Flour, and Poppy Seeds Paste. Keep the flame low and roast till it turns golden. Boil soaked Almonds and grind them. Add ground Almond, Milk, Saffron, crushed Sugar Candy, and Cardamom Powder in it. Cover it & half & cook it on slow flame till it turns dry & garnish with chopped Pistachio and enjoy!
