Your the first youtuber who motivates me to do a workout. I was so lazy in this quarantine period and I wanted to change. Your enthusiasm thoughout the video made it look fun and easy. (Although, I could only follow up to 80% of the routine 😅 + I'm trying to improve). Anyways thanks :))

Just want to say thanks. Last year I was in a very bad shape and started to develop some health issues. This video helped me to lose weight and be in shape again, and to be able to switch to harder routines, but I still follow this workout regularly.

hi mate, i live in Thailand and right now we are in quarantine lockdown. I gained about 5 stone in a year, i am borderline obese and need to lose weight in my small apartment. how often do you reckon i should be doing this? I'm 5"10 and 17 stone. I did this 2 days ago and my legs are killing me from the squatting, im trying to eat in a calorie deficit and doing this fasted in the morning when i wake up. I want to try and get this done at least 4 times a week, do you think thats too much? what is your recommendation?

Saurabh Choudhary hi thanks for the Question but it’s one that’s impossible to answer as very individual to the person doing it. Similar to asking how many breaths will be taken. Calories being burned will depend on participants: Height, Weight, Co2 Max, metabolism, fitness levels, glycogen stores, intensity, heat of room, water levels in body, plus many more. Most people will be between 100-1000 calories in 15mins intensity training
