It would have helped if there’s a little buzzer sound when changing positions during the cool down particularly in the first move since we can’t really see you then😅 but a great workout still. Thanks!

Enjoyed the workout as ever thank you! What happened to the 1440p though? Just a tiny thing but always looks much better. Great workout though and sorry..I'm just being fussy 🙄😅
