INGREDIENTS TO MAKE THE RECIPE:
4 - 5 Potatoes (preferably chipsona , sona,, kufrisona, lal aloo)
cornstarch (1 tbsp for each high starchy potato or 2 Tbsp for each low starchy potato)
Salt as needed
PIRI PIRI MASALA
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon hot chilli flakes
• 2 teaspoon garlic powder
• ½ teaspoon black pepper
• ½ teaspoon turmeric
• 1 teaspoon onion powder
. 1/2 teaspoon sugar
• 1 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
• 1 TableSpoon kashmiri Red Chilli
• 1/4 teaspoon citric acid / 1 tsp Amchoor Powder
• 1 tsp Oregano / pizza Seasoning
