I enjoy watching Joe's videos because he is very human in them: out of breath, making pained expressions, and just sounding pissed off that he has to do these exercises, but he will keep going. That's how I work out! :) Great HIIT videos.

After doing this workout for 1 year I can only thank you Joe, this workout appeared in the worst moment of my life, emotionally and phisically, with this workout I went for weighting over 82 kg to less than 67 kg, and I can only thank you Joe, thanks for everything!

It works. I just stumbled on this video, and I decided to give it a try. This was in March of 2020 btw. Its now September and I've gone from 80.4 kg to 71.4 kg. I did this 3 times a week, but now I do it every other day. I also followed a diet called the 80 20 diet.

Thank you for not adding in any music!!! It always is nice to be able to hear the trainer clearly and add our own music to the workout, didn't even pass through 1 min and subscribed!!

I've been using the workout for about 2 months on and off but lately since I've been doing it more frequently I've seen crazy results thank you for a new and fun way to get my workouts done fast!

I just pretty much completed this!! ( thought I was going to die on round 3!!) this for me is epic, I only started the PE with Joe about 7 weeks ago, and have continued with various Joe Wicks work outs on youtube. I am not an exercise lover, but it has made me exercise 4 times a week, I've got on bike, have been jogging while my girls scoot/bike ride. I have changed my eating habits and I feel so much more energised and healthy. Thanks Joe for the kick up the bum I needed :)

Just completed the workout! Wanted to get a bit more out of it, so I did it the entire 15 minute routine twice (30 minutes total)! Looking forward to seeing more :)

Loved this work out!!! I liked it because it’s short and doing it with my 2 under 5 makes it so much easier, please keep putting these work outs on KZfaq it’s changing my life as I can do them at home with my kids and they are free!!! 😃😃😃

Loved it .. second time this week. I do change the Burpees into bar lift.. but carry on with rest.. feel great. Even 5 month baby sat next to me throughout all 15 min and watched mum in amazement...

I'd try it and it's seems easy at first but when I'm doing it. I realized that it's very tough I felt that it drops all my sweat but it worth all my effort! Nice work out!😊
