Street skating can be unpredictable and the spots are rarely perfect. Whether you're filming a homie video, or just soul skating, you need to be prepared to get the most out of your sessions in the streets. Make sure to also put a vert ramp in your backpack in case the spot is boring and in case it rains pack the materials to build a warehouse

In california it aint even that much different. My trick is to wear a high vis vest when I'm modifyings spots cause people won't trip on you and call the cops.

A big squeegee broom definitely helps during the wet months of the year. Comes in handy when it rained the night prior but its not warm enough for the water to evaporate quickly. Very helpful for smooth concrete however.

Im just learning and i practice in a place with tons of pebbles thanks for giving me the idea for a broom. My first pair of wheels are 54mm 80a and im starting to learn to ollie, is it worth it to keep those as cruiser wheels and throw on some spitfires 54mm

Learning ollies with soft wheels is totally fine, but when you start branching out into more technical tricks that involve 180's, pivots, powerslides, or ledge tricks, then you'll want to switch wheels. I'd suggest sweeping away the rocks from your skate area before switching wheels because hard wheels get stopped much more easily by pebbles. Have an awesome New Year! Cheers! - Tim

i just got a new skateboard, whenever the deck breaks should i order the same deck and put the same trucks wheels and bearings on the new deck? or just buy a whole new board?

Just replace the deck. It doesn't have to be the same exact deck either, just close to the same width. Your trucks, wheels, and bearings will last a lot longer. Have an awesome New Year! Cheers!🥂 - Tim

Depending on where the deck broke, I've heard of OG's reshaping their decks too. Yeah it'll be smaller but you got a custom deck now, who can say that?

That's an Alltimers board. On the bottom is a stack of Oreo cookies and the shape follows the outline of the stack. I figured if I'm only using it for cruising/filming, it might as well be something silly. 😄✌ - Tim
