All the tips are useful and genius! I also wet the vessel with water before pouring milk inside. And I told my husband to do the same whenever he wants to heat some milk..it saves me the effort to soak the vessel before cleaning... Also thank you for the coffee filter tip. We had our coffee filter for almost 20 years and I have noticed that some of the holes are clogged. Tried to "poke" them tith a toothbrush , but your method is very good..thank you and thanks to your mother in law for that. I love to watch your videos when I am cooking. Even if I am cooking something different I still watch your videos for future ideas. I find it very therapeutic just to listen to your voice and see your beauty. It may sound strange but that time I feel that all my love goes to my dishes as a magic ingredient...Thank you, thank you, Be always healthy and very energetic.. Now I am going off to soak some rice and urad dahl +fenugreek seeds for dosai batter, to make crispy dosas for my husband and my two sons 💕💕💕, another reason to think about you dear aunty 🙏

Great Gita Ji! My ideas : I use my notes in my mobile with a separate section named households, for listing out the requirements with a calendar option to remind me on the particular date. This especially helps to buy certain imports items on Amavasai , Ekadasi, Thiruvonam etc. Secondly, while putting the tablets in the box, the wrapper should not be removed because tablets should not be exposed to light and air before taking it. For coriander and curry leaves, I use tiny gunny bags which occupy lesser space in the fridge and also remain fresh for a long period. Just thought of sharing. Thanks much for your patience and salute your intentions.

I find your recipes very useful, practical and detailed. Thanks a lot. The tips are also excellent, I find I am already using most of them. They are part of working women’s time management. One tip on soaking pulses. If you add some salt while soaking these, the cooking time comes down to one third. Chhole take 15 minutes after whistle, with salt, you need 5 minutes. Saves cooking and cooling time.

Very useful tips especially for youngsters to improve their efficiency in kitchen. I generally cut the veggies for next day and store it in zipper bag and keep it in the fridge. When I squeeze a lemon, I cut up the rinds and store it in zipper bag in Freezer. When I have to clean the microwave oven, I add few pieces of the lemon rind to a bowl, add water and microwave for few minutes till the water is steaming. This not only helps in loosening the food particles which are stuck, it also neutralizes the odors. We get a clean microwave without harsh chemicals. Thank you
