I would like to give one gas saving tip to boil eggs - place eggs in your regular container & bring it to a boil. Once water starts to boil then after a minute switch off the flame and cover it with a lid. Keep the lid covered for 18- 20 minutes with out any flame. After 20 minutes u will get perfectly boiled steaming hot eggs which will peel off easily.

My mother in law adds Roti atta dough ball in curry which is bit salty to taste. The dough ball absorbs all the excess saltiness and also makes gravy thick. Remove it before serving.
