I bought another kdx200 that I really don't need. We see if there is any life left in it. A few suprises were waiting.

For some weird reason this video popped up in my feed ( I don't watch dirt bike videos) when I saw the thumbnail I new that it was a kdx200! I miss my old 88 kdx200. I remember it feeling so insanely fast. I'd have my friends ride on the back and scare the shit out of them lol. Unfortunately one day I was riding it to a party in the woods and it started revving full throttle by itself and I couldn't shut it off so it ended up seizing the motor. Then I traded it for 2 ounces of weed. Aww I miss being a teenager.

Just found your channel and I love it. You're a blessed man. Your content is so useful and to the point without all the blah blah blah. Jen is very witty and smart with her comments. She's also fearless to ride that bike even though it's prolly a lil to much bike for her, but she was smart and mostly stayed in first gear. If she continues to ride it regularly I know she'll start ripping around as she gains confidence and learn how the bike responds. That $150 bike is a treasure find. I'm 66 years old and still enjoy my dual sport and street bike. Thanks guys.

They're actually my favorite two stroke bike to ride great for trail riding you can go slow you don't have to worry about when the powerband kicks in it's not overly agressive, if you don't want it to be you kind of have a little more control of the powerband it's not as crazy as a KX250 I mean your up a Rocky trail and you it a power band chances are that bikes coming over on you! with these bikes they're not as mean with the powerband and you don't need them to be, you can probably replace the reeds and make it meaner between that and exhaust system but I like a stock kdx200 they've always been my favorite two stroke bike being I'm a trail Rider. I'm through the woods between trees mud-puddles over logs stuff that is very hard to do with a race bike ..that's the whole reason they made these bikes can you do it with you know your KX 250 or 125 sure but. without fouling the plug ??? Probably not but things have changed now bikes t don't foul plugs as much but that particular 91-92 KDX is one of my favorites!!see the way she was able to go slow with it and everything and not hit that power band in the way she can dump it pick it back up kick start it and you're ready to go probably took to kick-start you might have started in one but they're extremely reliable amazing trail riding bikes and you can actually take them on the road I don't know where but well they had a lot of older two-stroke bikes have had power bands in them and they were are street legal they had a little ke 125 Kawasaki.... JUST made great bikes.
