Are you stupid ? Obvious the railway employees knew english, he just did not want to speak in english. Probably xenophobic or he just hated the british. (for historical reason). There are always a few like that. Even phil figured out he was a language chauvinist so he spoke a few words in Hindi to embarrasses him.

Hey, check out Spiti Valley, Lahaul Valley, Parvati Valley, Sangla Valley in Himachal Pradesh. Or you can explore Chopta, Auli, Roopkund, Devprayag, Nelong Valley, and Haridwar in Uttarakhand. If you're up for some adventure, Ladakh and the Andaman and Nicobar Islands are amazing choices. Don't forget the beautiful northeastern states like Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh and Sikkim.

@@AtheistIndian2024 Why would anyone travel 400+ km on a daily basis ? 😂 Are you saying "real India" travels Hundreds of Km Daily ? 🤣 Vande Bharat tickets range From Rs. 1,,000 to Rs, 1,200 for general class. This is Rs. 2.40 per KM. Its quite literally the cheapest in the world. And this include Air Condition and FOOD. Considering the average household income of middle class in India is from 7.5 lakh to 15 Lakh i.e Rs. 62.500 per month to Rs. 1,25,000 per month and we have more than 500 Million middle class, I think its perfectly affordable to the vast majority. Get out of your colonized mindset.

Its not west world its quite normal in india if you cant control your pee and you cant find toilet near by you can use open field for peeing.

Hey Phil Bland, travel in AC compartment more safe & privacy. Book railway ticket in advance. 3 types of AC compartment- 1st , 2nd , 3rd class AC .No thieves or hawkers to disturb. My honest suggestion especially for foreigner…
