Shad’s death was probably the one that hit the hardest this year. He was such a talented person, and he chose to sacrifice his life in order to give his son a life.

@@Krendall2 there's a load of information involving the legal case with Kyoko Kimura. Allegedly, Toho, the production company of Terrace House, forced her into being a "heel" for ratings. She went on the show because she wanted to elevate joshi wrestling and get a steady boyfriend. Her staged antics on the show got her legit threats from terrace house fans, and it all ended up being too much for her.

What's really annoying is that the end-of-the-year lists are almost always done a week or two before the end of the year, instead of waiting a couple of weeks afterwards, because there are a few more deaths after the lists are compiled.
