R.A. The Rugged Man is having his "Definition Of A Rap Flow Contest" and entries must be handed in by September 30th. A-F-R-O entered the Definition of a Rap flow contest when he was 16 and caught the attention of R.A. the Rugged Man, so R.A decided to meet up with the young rapper and let him spit an off-the-dome freestyle for the fans. The winner is still not determined and the winner will be decided by the panel of HipHop experts: Rittz, Talib Kweli, , Murs, Vinnie Paz, Locksmith, Twiztid, Jean Grae, ToneDeff and R.A the Rugged Man.
