I was trying to look up "definition of derivative" for calculus and this suggestion popped up. I now have a new rapper to binge listen to. Fuck yeah.

I didn’t realize this until recently, but R.A. the Rugged Man held a contest to meet him and colab and the entries had to use the beat from his song Definition of a Rap Flow. A-F-R-O freakin crushed it.

So talented. It's both funny and hopeful when a 16 year old can channel styles that range from Bustah Rhymes to Eminem, while paying tribute to some classic 80's flavor.

What I love most about this kid aside from the obvious fact that his lyrical maturity and skill level is way ahead of his age, is that he literally reminds me of a combination of RA + Gift of Gab + Tonedeff + Pun + Pep Love + Biggie + Chali2Na + Tech N9ne. That's fuckin INSANE. Those are just some of my all time favorite emcees. So to sound like an embodiment of all their styles at only 17 is a true gift.
