Here in Argentina we have the same quality of editions from the local branch of the publisher Ivrea, translated and printed locally, AND they are currently cheaper than most American editions. Glad you can have access to the spanish volumes!

Ah yeah! I actually have been trying to find a way to get ahold of manga from Ivrea Argentina. Their editions of JoJo are better than Spain’s (imo). Also Tokyo revengers is being released in Argentina and I want them so bad!

Glénat, the publisher of Sidooh, is a French publishing company and is one of the best publishing companies here in France. The quality is always so good

@@rushed110 No, I don't know why. If I had to say something, maybe because the French releases of manga resemble the original japanese volumes the most from any other country that I've seen, like volumes for Goodnight Punpun or JoJo. So I'm guessing that they're sticking to the original japanese releases, that's just a guess, don't quote me on it.

What a beautiful intro! And that skit tho, lmao! Wonderful editing in the video, as always, adding the Japanese title on screen as well is a nice touch. What a haul, wow! I love seeing the editions in Spanish, they're super nice. I really enjoy Kitchen of Witch Hat, it's a nice idea for a spin-off. I'm quite curious about Jagaan and Under ninja, I'll have to give those a proper try at some point. Oh man, Hakaiju, Sidooh, Green Blood, Innocent and Bestiarius all have such nice art styles. Self prints are always so fascinating to me. The climber looks cool, looking forward to the review for it. Wow, I'm so surprised to see Journey to the end of the World, I've never seen anyone else talk about it, since it's so obscure. Reading that sure was an experience all right, you'll know what I mean when you get to it. Those Blame editions sure are something. Very nice and just huge. I recently watched Anime Collective's video on the series and it just made me really want to finally go ahead and jump into it asap.

And wow that’s awesome you’ve already read Journey to the end of the world. I can’t wait to read it now! I was very lucky to stumble upon it from the eBay seller I was buying from. He had a lot of obscure stuff I had never heard of at all, great taste!

You can read a vol in about 2 hours avg so it's can actually go by quick. Even quicker if it's a manga you are enjoying a lot too.

Yeah, the difference in paper quality really shocked me when I bought a few series in English lmao, and especially since most of them are a few dollars more expensive than the ones here in Spain, but oh well. Great haul as always!

Yeah it’s weird because I never realized how bad the paper is over here until I went from a Spanish volume and then back to an English one. And back to back, it becomes very obvious.

Great haul man. I also just grabbed Vol 2 of Berserk off Amazon on sale. Had to pay full price for vol 1 at B&N unfortunately. Also grabbed the first 2 vols of Dai Dark and Golden Kamuy. Can't wait to read Dai Dark, shit looks crazy.

I understand you so much! Our printing companies in english suck so much and for the covers also. I was reading higurashi for like 5 minutes and the spine started cracking even though i didn’t even open it all the way cus I’m afraid of that happening 😭

Excelentes tus compras de manga en español, si bien son de España, son casi las mismas ediciones que tenemos en Argentina excepto por algunas pocas (Green Blood o Jagaan). En Argentina tenemos una edición especial para Rooster Fighter, que viene con postales exclusivas para nuestro país, un termo y un mate :D. Necesito que anuncien Innocent e Innocent Rouge, es hermosa esa historia e importarla de España es la única manera de conseguirla por ahora. Bride Stories es otra serie preciosa la cual quiero comprar cuanto antes, más que nada la edición de USA por ser tapa dura. Buenísimas tus compras y te felicito por incursionar en el manga español, que no todos los americanos suelen hacer. Saludos desde Argentina, hermano :D

Awesome haul, I didn't like Jagaan... So kinda cringed when I seen it, it gives me flashbacks but maybe you'll enjoy it more than I did. I can't remember why it turned me off, maybe it's the power or the art style. I just checked, it's the dumb owl and power forms :((... but it's somebody's cup of tea ;) Also awesome haul, one day I'd like to spend $1000 on manga in a month. For now it's just $600 a month. Gets me about 34-45 manga volumes. I'm not kidding about Jagaan, I'd rather read Fairy Tail XD

Man thats expensive... here in Mexico I get 30 volumes monthly for around 200 dollars.. but manga in mexico is barely doing its first steps, the catalogue is still lacking, USA is years ahead on that department

@@emmanuelaguilar1125 Word, you should look into Japan tho, you can get a whole series there for only $40 (Demon Slayer as example). To get a whole series here is like $300 in USA/Canada. If only I could read Japanese.. :(( It is crazy cheap there.

Just wanted to say the Cowboy Bebop from Rightstuf is not the original. It’s their print on demand, that’s why it was cheap. I know this because it said in the description. 😁 also I read that Rightstuf I think made a deal with Tokyopop to print some of OOP stuff.

Oh wow I didn’t realize that. No wonder, I was so confused why the paper was so high quality and it turns out they user high grade paper on their print on demand stuff. Pretty cool, but tbh I’d rather have the original.

Yeah it’s almost unnoticeable (imo). You’ll get used to the differences right away, they are quite minor.

@@FrobeRios yeah it definitely depends on the series and what your preferences are. Like Dorohedoro for example I prefer the English Viz versions. Sometimes the cover designs and spines are worse in Spanish editions. The problem too is that importing them costs a few extra bucks more. So if it’s a long series, I will usually get it in English regardless to save money. 90% of my Spanish manga is all stuff not released in English. But for series like Witch Hat and Vagabond that I really love and am picky about, I am opting to get them in Spanish even tho it’s a little bit more expensive (Sorry for the long message lmao)
