Same process, just replace the 2 shot portafilter with a single shot portafilter and one cup

Extraction time if you look at the video is from timestamp 1.02 to to timestamp 1.27 ; 25 seconds on the dot at 30ml which is what I was aiming for. It is really really hard to get the extraction and volume to be exactly the same as you intend to, and I believe those who have tried or experience can say the same. Do comment.
