3/4/24 to 10/4/24:
1) Wake up before 6am ✅❌❌❌❌❌❌
2) Cold Shower ❌❌✅✅✅✅✅
3) No music ✅✅✅✅✅✅❌
4) 3L water ✅✅✅✅✅✅✅
5) 10 minute meditation ✅✅✅✅✅✅✅
6) Go for a run ❌✅✅✅✅✅✅
7) No processed food (unless it's protein) ✅✅✅✅✅✅✅
8) 1 coding exercise ✅✅✅✅✅✅✅
9) Go to bed before 10:30pm ✅✅✅✅✅✅❌
10) Get at least 100g protein ✅❌✅✅
11) PC only used for work until 6:30 pm ✅❌✅❌
(I only started the last two protocols on the 6/4/24)
Aiming for a full stack of greens in a month when I've built up complete consistency.
