So monk mode is officially over, but I am not going to stop posting my community posts. So, you can keep following my journey if you are interested. I would strongly encourage to keep yourself accountable by also commenting in my community section, but it is your choice at the end of the day.
The protocols I am currently following:
1) Wake up by 6am
2) No music
3) 10 minute meditation
4) Cold Shower
5) Go on a run
6) Go to bed by 10:15pm
7) 1 coding exercise
8) Don't use PC for anything but work until 6:30pm
9) 3L water
10) No processed food (unless protein)
11) Eat 100g protein a day (at least)
