i explained in Urdu Hindi language How to repair computer ATX switch mode power supply SMPS very easy. this PSU is using AT2005 IC which is PWM and intelligent power supply monitor. i shared my easiest and perfect troubleshooting techniques practical troubleshooting. smps concept and troubleshooting repairing or understanding repair switching mode power supply basics and working principle. how to troubleshoot input electromagnet induction filter, EMI, bridge rectifier and capacitor. we get 330 VDC at main capacitor. after that the +330 volts are applied to standby power, which is SMPS and makes +5V SB, these stand by voltage are applied to motherboard which pull down the PS ON green wire to zero level, so the ENABLE OR REMOTE ON or CONTROL pin of #smps will go low that will enable pulse width modulation. and also i discussed smps basics. after watching this video you can capable to:-

machallah assalamou alikom excellent video. I am passionate about electronics, I often tinker with power supplies. My question is as follows: I ask if the neutral of the DC secondary circuit is completely independent of the neutral of AC primary circuit and is there a danger for both the repairer and the power supply if you touch with the multimeter a point that causes a short circuit in the DC secondary circuit. Dhaam se Mos fet aur transistor ur gaya Mai dar gaya ! Ab sawal hae un component ko chorke aur kya kharab ho sakta hae is durghatana ki wajah se Fuse ur gaya by the way Main capacitor and bridge ok .

Agar stand-by voltage 6.2Volt aa rahi hai to kya fault hoga? Ya 4.3 volt hai Aur 1 SMPS me secondary me chuii.. awaz aa rahi hai aur negative 12volt me 11 Voltage hai. load nahi utha pa rahi hai SMPS

SB voltage keliey optocoupler ya feedback circuit check karein kuch supplies mein 7805 lagi hoti he, wo kharaab ho sakti he agr whistle ki awaaz aa rahi ho to over current ya over voltage ka problem ho sakta he. output me koi rectifier ya capacitor kharaab ho sakta he

Sir mere paas ek pc ka smps ayi thi jo ki 3.3v 9A,5v 13A, 12v 8A and 5v stand by 2A ki thi uska problem tha ki uski output coil overheat ho rahi thi uske total diode and capacitor check kiye to thik the fir bhi coil heat ho rahi thi customer ka kehna tha ki on karne par thodi der ke bad off ho rahi thi usko me thik nahi kar paya aisi problem ka solution kese kare sir aisa ek video banao please

agr ferrite core saturate ho jaaey aur us me magnet nahi baney to sirf aik wire ka piece ki tarag behave karti he to heatup hoti he.
