Excellent because it shows ALL the steps accurately and cleanly executed, blade edges, body position. Apart form the American language (progression instead of run etc) it is easy to follow. The best video I've seen. Had my first trial run today on ice and apart from the fact I don't execute it anything like as well, at least I have the pattern instilled into my head now and can concentrate on posture, technique etc.

I miss seeing Kseniya skate😢. I really like her style. She was Oleg's best partner! Oh and this video helped me with this dance. 😁
