just started hockey, and when they talk about edge turns they don't really say explain what your feet should be doing, so i go on hear to look at the foot pressure graphics to better visualize what my feet should be trying to do, thank you !

Any reason why, after the 3 turn, you go back to the forward inside edge before changing back to a back outside edge and the toe? I learned to do the whole spin staying on a back outside edge after the 3 turn. .

Getting these nailed has got to be the key to spin entries..

I really started to work on my edges, I wouldn't call them deep yet, today. My right leg is still so wobbly (is that correct?) and unsafe. I'm left handed, my left side is everytime my better. But I won't give up, keep going, keep trying and, being back on the ice after 20 yrs, I will manage this 👍 It's amazing to skate again! Your tutorials are so helpful for me, thank you for your work!
