Better to bring your own food, because the food in train is unhealthy and expensive. Ask the hotel in which you are staying to make and pack some food for traveling

Ash and Dan guys you chose the right train class, just like the British vlogers OTWD. The other British vlogers who chose the lowest class complained that the trains are pathetic, they could have chosen the same Parlour as you guys did. Ellis VR and Patricia didn't leave a single comment which was without swearing. I've travelled in this AC parlor last year from Karachi to Margalla, its last stop. And the journey felt like extremely exhausting and like i hadn't slept in days. The seats don't recline more than 3 inches and you can't get any sleep by sitting whatsoever as the train keeps moving continuously. I wouldn't recommend anyone to try the parlor for longer routes like Karachi to Lahore or Karachi to Islamabad. For 6 to 7 hour routes, it is fine.

18 Hour train journey shouldn't have these kinds of recliner seat. In India only smaller train journeys which are usually 6-8 Hours have these seats. Otherwise the train has sleeper seats. Pakistan should also do the same otherwise love the interior design.

I think we would try either the sleeper bus next time or maybe a sleeper compartment on the train. It was a nice cabin, just not ideal for a 18 hour journey.

We decided not to pay the extra for the ac business which is really just a 6 person shared room lying down so not fully private either. We were happy to have the experience of the ac parlour 👍

10500 rs for a first class seater .. woooah tats tooo expensive. Not comparing thou in inida for 5k we get sleepr first class . with pvt compartment. so we are use to tat. but the seats have nice touch like our vande bharat for 1400 rs to 2100 rs . executive class

Great service man, And the seat reservation got confirmed on the same day😮 Indians never got this kind of reservation service We have railways but not for emergency purpose. We have to get the reservation like 3-4 months before the train departure. India should learn from them
