I'm Obsessed with your vlogs. I love your simplicity and honest reviews on pakistan. There are a lot of places in pakistan to visit. you should visit sialkot, it is a small city in punjab but world wide famous for its sports good and surgical items.

Pakistani households mostly eat vegies there are a lot of veg dishes i mean a lot to try them you need to find a house hold meat is in restaurants and veg is in homes there are more veg dishes than meat

POLARIZATION, GETTING FOOLED BY POLITICIANS, EXTREMIST MENTALITY, TOO MUCH EXTRA MALE DOMINATION, NO LIFE OF A DIVORCED OR WIDOW, IGNORANCE, GETTING FOOLED BY THE RELIGION CARD, BLIND FOLLOWING OF POLITICIANS ETC PLUS MUCH MORE.... PEOPLE ALSO MATTER A LOT. NOT ALL PEOPLE ARE SAME, BUT OVERALL, SITUATION IS HORRIBLE. SOCIETY SYSTEM, SOCIAL SETUP ETC... MULTIPLE FACTORS... OBVIOUSLY, THESE THINGS CAN BE UNDERSTOOD ONLY AFTER ACTUALLY LIVING IN PAKISTAN FOR MANY YEARS. OTHERWISE, NOBODY CAN UNDERSTAND. I WAS 26 WHEN I LEFT PAKISTAN.. GOD BLESS THE WORLD.

Yellow colour of the soup may be due to turmeric in the ingredients. Needless to say that it's a staple spice in the regional cuisine.

Dan, although cold deserts are the unique landscape of Skardu but fact of the matter is the town is most famous as the gateway to four of the five world's tallest 8000 plus metre peaks which are located in Pakistan - K2, Broad Peak, Gasherbrum I, and Gasherbrum II. The fifth peak Nanga Parbat lies in the different lower Himalaya range. So, besides normal tourism, Skardu also attracts high-risk adventure sportsmen and mountaineers mostly from May to September when the season is at its peak. The winters are very frigid and not many tourists visit the area from December to March.

Shangri La resort in Pakistan is named after the fictional utopia in Kiplings Novel “Lost Horizon” that exited in Tibet in the story. Kipling was actually staying in the North of Pakistan around Hunza-Baltistan when he was inspired to write the novel.

It’s sad, western media portrays Pakistan as a dangerous country but we have spent 2 months here and never felt unsafe or any danger and people are the kindest we have met ❤️🇵🇰

Skardu was definitely one of our favourites spots, most places in the North were incredible to visit. Also we loved our visit to the family in Naltar ❤️

@@AshAndDan. awesome, I been to hunza 4 times but skardu for once and it was back in 2004, skardu looked like part of some other world in 2004 haha, I visited ShangriLa, uupper kachura and sadpara lakes, I guess you missed upper kachura and sadpara lakes

The plane was actually crashed in 1954 right after take off from skardu, crash landed at river bed which later on purchased by ShangriLa resort hotel for RS 150 and then later on shifted to hotel's premises
