Where do I watch my breath?
Wherever it happens to be. Ajahn Brahm has a blocked nose, so he cannot watch his breath at the tip of the nose. Just be aware if your breath is going in or out and ask yourself how you know. Then gently focus on the area where you can actually feel your breathing, that is so much easier.
