한 그룹의 음악적 색을 담당한다는게 이렇게 중요하나싶다. 밴드 연주라 편곡도 다르고 다른 멤버들의 목소리도 없는데 혼자만의 목소리로도 마치 원곡을 듣는 것 같은 기분을 되살려 줌.. 메인보컬이란 존재는 목소리만으로도 타임머신을 태운다

I've been a Cassie since 2006, when I was 14 years old. Back then, Jaejoong caught my attention instantly, and to this day I still think he's the most captivating, ethereal person and performer I've ever seen. Like so many of you, I've grown up, experienced many things, achieved some dreams and let go of others. I can't say I've been following DBSK this whole time, but they always and forever will hold a special place in my heart that no one else can touch. When I'm feeling vulnerable, weary or lonely or nostalgic, I always go back to them to relive those magical days when I was young and they were golden. Seeing them being able to sing their songs back then after so long, and seeing the raw emotion in their eyes even after all these years, fills me with such bittersweet emotions. I'm so proud of how far they've come, and how plain it is to see that those days will always be a part of who they are. I'm not sure if or when we'll ever see them together again, or what form it will take, but I've been keeping the faith for nearly 20 years and I'll keep it for 20 more, for as long as they still sing for us.

I feel you and I really want to say you're not alone... I just completely shut myself from them after what happened to Yoochun... It hurt too much second time around. Recently I'm checking them out again since it's 20 years anniversary, I guess this time I'm a grown up and processed things better and can understand the decisions they made back then and now. I just think we are so blessed that they are still singing after all the hardship and achievements. It's so nice to have an abundance amount of content from Jaejoong and Junsu which we didn't have the luxury to have back then, I'm trying to picking things up now. I only got into DBSK around 2009/2010 so I never got to see the OT5, but it must be destined they were the group that claimed my love and attention, the rest is history. I have never had such a hardship and heartbreaking moments with a K-POP group that I love, but I never regret loving them, they all of five of them really made it worth it. I am so proud to be a Cassie all these years. I couldn't be there when they were together, I guess I will spend the rest of my life to be there when they are not, or maybe when they do come together and sing in one, who knows what the future holds? 20 years is not a short time but not long either, I am ready to listen as long as they want to sing. Always keep the faith, hope to the end❤

부도칸에서도 울지 않던 오빠였는데, 그리워하던 무대를 하면서 우는 모습과 홍백 무대가 겹쳐 가슴이 미어집니다. 18년 동안 그 자리를 지켜줘서 고마워요. 이제는 뭘 하든 자유롭고, 행복했으면 좋겠습니다.

It's been five years since the last I could call myself a real OT5 or cassiopeia. I never stopped to be their fan but I grew up, and life happened. My life moved on and I didn't have time to be active in the fandom as I used to be. Right now during the quarantine I have the time to go back to those times. I'm a different person now, I have achieved 1 of the my dreams and I'm almost achieving another one. I feel nostalgic whenever I remember those days when I was a fangirl. Today I found myself lost in their videos again, I have a warm feeling in my heart, I think I never stopped being their fan. It breaks my heart seeing Jaejoong crying while singing their songs.I hope the next time I comeback to reminisce the good old times, the five of them are already back together. "Always keep the faith" its what we used to say back then. Big kiss for you cassiopeia, follow your dreams!

We are the same!! I was a fan since Hug days and when the news about the 3 left TVXQ, I got heartbroken then came the day when I wasn't active with them and the fandom until I forget about them. I actually didnt follow the remaining members even if I was a Yunho biased. :(

Hugs girl I'm going down the memory lane as well. Haven't checked them out since I started working, life happened but 20 years anniversary here I am back again, realise I have never stopped loving them. It's the kind of love I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

Musically speaking, no it wasn't. The most important parts of TVXQ's acapella were Junsu's, Yunho's and especially Changmin's (Junsu almost everytime provided the mid range harmony, Yunho with the baritone parts and Changmin with the high tenor). Jaejoong's voice usually mained and wasn't that audible in their acapellas. However, Jaejoong's part was very important in their songs as the main vocal as it give colour to their songs. However, acapella without him would still be possible and still retain alot of their sound. But yes, the songs' sound completely change without him because he almost mained everytime for their Japanese songs so it does feel out of place not hearing his voice in the chorus of these songs.

ㅠㅠ이 오빠 목소리는 사람을 울려ㅠ.... 옛날에도 그랬지만 지금은 더해ㅜㅜ 듣는 순간 그냥 과거로 돌아가서 더 눈물난다....ㅠㅠ 일본 곡들은 재중 파트가 많아서 더 좋아했는데 어느 하나 명곡 아닌 곡들이 없었다ㅜ 그래서 여전히 소중한 음반들😢

OH my heart...."starting off with Why Did I Fall IN Love with YOU" got my HEart feeling feeings that I haven't gotten in a while. It's 2021 and this medley by Jaejoong got me in tears...I COULD HARMONIZE FOR AND WITH JAEJOONG AS LONG AS HE NEEDS ME TOO. IT'S SO BEAUTIFUL THEY KEPT GOING AND THE NEVER ENDING HARMONIZATION...I COULD LISTEN TO IT FOREVER!
