I would have put different connectors for 5v and 3v3 i2c don't want to have plug and fried functionality 😂

What are you going to do when this thing gets sentience, goes berserk, and then tries to take over the world in order to make it safe for us Humans? Assuming you are programming in all 3 of the rules???

I knew I forgot something 😎

Nice! I like how you added the open drain FET's for expansion. I would love to see your surface mount soldering technique, is there a video on that or one planned?
Do you have plans to use the WIFI? You got a huge ground plane under the antenna that will probably dampening the WIFI signal. It may work great with female pin header as a spacer, but if you solder the ESP32 module closer to the PCB it may cause problem.

Even if you add a spacer (female pin header), the proximity of the ground plane may interfere with the WiFi signal and/or introduce directionality. It would be best to move the esp32's antenna to the edge of the PCB and provide a cutout in the ground planes that is a bit larger than the antenna area.

something to consider, yes I have it up off the board as you say, since the robot is on the floor, the ground plane reflection might actually be beneficial. since the remote will be several feet above.

Hey. You could add OTA updating, too, if you wanted. Just send a funky button sequence and enter the OTA library function.

Nice work👍

L298 H-Bridge, you should put PWM in enA/B inputs, to strobe and control speed. Not?

Cool PCB. It looks good in there.

I saw an older video of yours for a frequency meter and i was wondeing if you have a project similar to this made on a breadboard? I need to build a frequency meter for my class to measure up to 50 mhz with arduino uno and i cant find anything about how to do it. Im a beginner at arduino
@IMSAIGuyАй бұрын
the arduino cannot measure such a high frequency, so first write a program that is a freq counter and figure out how fast it can go. let's say it is 1MHz. then you would need to add a divider 50:1 in front of the arduino. this is called a prescaler.
@alexandruadumitroaie1857Ай бұрын
@@IMSAIGuy Can you help me with what prescaler i need to use ? I searched and didnt find something i can understand. It's a school project where the teacher didnt explain anything and just gave us the assignment

@@alexandruadumitroaie1857 I don't do homework for people, but I'll give a hint. 'TTL Divider'
