Search for accordion potatoes online, this video is missing many steps, like boiling the potatoes for 10 minutes. Bake for 25 minutes on 200c/400f.

I can’t believe a company hasn’t come up with a machine that you can use to quickly cut these at home yourself without having to go through the tedious process of finding skewers and cutting all of the little slits yourself. I bet you any money there is a way that somebody could make a potato cutter that would cut the potatoes like an accordion.

I don't think anyone is getting answered, but I would go 15 min at 350 F. Check to see if getting soft and then up to 375 F. Just a guess.
