1915 Entrenching Tool Restoration - Pickaxe Shovel Restoration.
Hello Everyone, I am here with a video which I think you would like a lot. I accurately restored a historical entrenching tool made by British Empire in 1915. While I was visiting Galipoli martyrdom I have wandered in villages around with hope of finding materials which I could restore. While I was in a barn at Buyuk Anafartalar village an entrenching tool got my attention. Owner of the barn told me that his grandfather found that tool shortly after world war 1 I at close hills of anzac bay. As soon as I told that I could restore the entrenching tool of the barn gave it to me. When I inspected it I have found “Brades Co" 1915” markings. Right after a research on internet I became sure that it was used by Anzacs at WWI. Since April 25 Anzac day about to come I made this restoration video to Honor those heros who lost their lives an Galipoli. May their souls be blessed. You might see some newbie shots. I am asking forgiveness beforehand. At one scene I did a recreation of the moment that I found the material. I Hope you would like that too. All shots have been done at April 2021. We worked with my friend @byOldHand in this project, he helped me with wood. All the wood restoration was done in @byOldHand 's workshop. Thank you @byOldHand.
