About the Car :
The Ford Model A (also colloquially called the A-Model Ford or the A, and A-bone among hot rodders and customizers)[3] was the Ford Motor Company's second market success, after its predecessor, the Model T. First produced on October 20, 1927, but not introduced until December 2,[4] it replaced the venerable Model T, which had been produced for 18 years. This new Model A (a previous model had used the name in 1903-04) was designated a 1928 model and was available in four standard colors.
By February 4, 1929, one million Model As had been sold, and by July 24, two million.[5] The range of body styles ran from the Tudor at US$500 (in grey, green, or black)[5] to the town car with a dual cowl at US$1,200.[6] In March 1930, Model A sales hit three million, and there were nine body styles available.[5]
Model A production ended in March 1932, after 4,858,644 had been made in all body styles.[7] Its successor was the Model B, which featured an updated inline four-cylinder engine, as well as the Model 18, which introduced Ford's new flathead (sidevalve) V8 engine.

Why do people talk shit about his detailing in the comments...unlike most people he doesn't have the best equipment available to him....this man does an incredible job with restoring this project. For all of you talking shit, I'd like to see you do better....doubt you can. Don't worry broski...I got your back.

Like has been said. Did well until detailing. Find yourself a Molotov Chrome pen. It will work easier than a brush and plain silver paint. I do 1/64 die cast and use the heck out these pens. keep at it though. more practice means you will get better.

I've got the exact same model. It would have had stripes going on it's sides and the red color is factory. Mine in question is mint condition. Happy restorations yo!.

you are very carefull when removing the small screws, but you are not carefull when painting the details. the tyres looks horrible.

This looked more like a custom rather than a restoration. That plastic roof would not have had matching rust as the metal body. Still, with the exception of the white wall paint job on the tires, this was fairly nice work. Personally, I would have left the rust and just clear coated it.
