Thanks for the update. You are taking on a lot of work and expense and I commend you for everything you are doing. What a nice tribute to your community to take this on. Glad to hear that you qualified for a grant, as that definitely helps with realizing your vision. I can understand your excitement about the basement. What a great space to have! I can only imagine what the final result will look like. Everything you do is perfection, and you have an eye for design, so I expect it will be beautiful!
