Today's episode we will be featuring Daniels 1964 Chevy Impala Super Sport this car is definitely one of the builds that has put a fire under me personally to keep me motivated to move further on my 64 SS the backstory on this 64 is pretty cool it was traded across the table for his 66 SS ragtop which I think was definitely a good choice today we will be doing a full exhaust at Goldie's Mufflers in Santa Clara California and a short walk around much more to come in the future much more to come in the future with Daniel 64

Back when I had my '64 Impala SS 60-70's era I did a 327-350 swap and cut the pipes just after the mufflers and used parts of the remaining pipes to make some cool side pipes that ended with a slashed bologna cut that came out in front of the rear tires, man it sounded awesome especially when driving down streets lined with tight spaced buildings going through that 4 speed and listening to the exhaust sound bouncing back off them 😅, I really miss it so much.😢

Wow, that is Sue Bird nice, thanks for sharing my friend. I’ve always wanted an impala I bought a 63 Ford galaxy from my neighbor beautiful body on it. Nice paint job just needs some wheels. I’m hoping I can find someone who loves the galaxies so I can get into a Chevy impala ha ha.

That 64 is CLEAN! What size tires are those? Im also rolling stock wheels and caps but my tires are too beefy.

He could have kept the 2 inch pipe over the axle. Mine has 2 inch all the way back and lays frame.

How you doing bro that's what's up that two-inch diameter was a little too tight especially with the air ride Airlines where they were mounted was looking like it would get a little too hot next to those lines I'm sure he could have rerouted the lines and got away with 2-inch all the way around

...if your into lil'details , the Right Tail-pipe is not centered in position to match left-side and Tail-pipe is not secure when @ Idle it Shakes !! ..anyway Awesome 64 !! ..Love-It !!

@curtis lucero we noticed that right after installation working out some Kinks top end of motor and also looked at spark plugs and compression taking care of that detail

Looks and sounds great what brand glaspacks are those? I always liked the gold that color gold came out for the first Impala in 1958, called anniversary gold 🥇 a pale gold, the 59 is also a good year too as the 64.

Nice impala I thought it was your impala I was gonna ask you if u had painted because I think your impala is white but on the trade u mantion trade a 66 impala ss ragtop for a 64 as I wouldn't traded why because the ragtop is worth more alone than the 64 hardtop I would a sold it separately than after buy the 64 as impala cash a profit some cash out of the 66 impala ss ragtop top nice impala clean original with hubcaps that's the way u can save money on fix em them because if u do it like my 64 Impala ss everything upgrade on it is gonna cost u alot to have it done

Yeah bro I hear you everybody has their favorite year it all depends on what car that person really wants at the moment and if it's convenient I know ragtops hold their value but I never seen a 66 or 66 ragtop hold more value than a hardtop 64 and especially a ragtop 64 nice bro you got a 64 that's a really good year

@@fireflamez408 Right but I know 66 ragtop ss holds more value than a 64 as hardtop I grew up around this ranflas yup up i got a 64 impala ss with 468 big block th400 3.73 gears possi rear end disc brakes all the way around msd ignition box electric dual fans with aluminum radiator and headsman headers with 3 inch pipes coming tru the side with 44 flowmasters thunder series

JUst another 64.. nothing special. Special was my stolen burgundy SS with power windows including vents, power bucket seat, cruise, A/C, tilt 409 auto.. On a side note: wouldn't traded 66 rag for that..

those years for chevys were perfect for glasspacks, the packs were situated up close to the engine and with the long pipes, they pop and snap like a hot rod bitch. I would have trouble keeping my foot out of it with those pipes sounding mean ass loud as F!
