In part #1 of the EFI fuel system installation I am modifying the stock fuel tank, making up AN lines and reinstalling the tank.

Looking good there Gene. I'm glad you're doing all the research. This will make my LS swap a lot easier.

Question the return bung doesn’t need a hose to go to the bottom of the tank so it won’t cause aeration? And is the vent bung just left as is? I’m doing this on a 63 Belair wagon.

I have read that the return line goes down in the tank and I have read that the return line doesn't go down in the tank. So I did it this way, no line down in the tank. For the vent I ran a 90 degree fitting from the bung to a rubber hose and attached a filter to it, tried to keep the filter and hose high as I could so it wouldn't siphon. It was a PAIN IN THE ASS!, because there is very little room to connect the hoses. I may have to drop the tank and see if I can come up with a better solution. Good luck and let me know if you come up with a better idea.

Where did you buy the gas tank from?

Hello. Thanks for checking out my videos!. I purchased the gas tank on eBay . The seller's store is tomsclassic and the listing indicates that they have more than 10 available. Hope this helps.
