This is part 4 of our 1964 Camper restoration project.

In this part, we work on framing the interior with new studs as well as firm up the corners to tie the front and sides together. We also remove the skin of the camper to fix the joints.

I've got the same camper have been working on it for 8 months oh Lord is it ever going to be over I got myself into something I wish I had enough but I'm glad I did it's been a learning experience

Question, from the start why didn’t you just take the top and sides off and then rebuild the frame and floor, thx for your feedback, I have a 1965 that I will be starting in the next couple of weeks, you have some good video’s

Nathaniel G take yours apart from the outside inward! That is how to properly do it so it don’t fall apart going down the road! Go check out mobiltec before you start your restoration so you don’t destroy your trailer

crzy4htrods agree, this will be a wreck waiting to happen. The cabinets are apart of the structure you can’t gut it and redesign it how you want.

What he should've done was completely demo everything to the frames. Then rebuild it. Wouldve saved him 1/2 the time.
