My first car sounds like the same light yellow car. It was a hand-me-down from my grandfather. I drove it back and forth to hockey practice and school. Drove it like a race car which it was. All stock with the 351W. Used to merge on to the highway and by the time I cleared the on ramp, I was doing, Bang over 120. Never got a ticket in that car. Outran the police on occasion. Went to college and my sister wrecked it. Next car was a 70 Chevy Impala Convertible (Land Yacht) . It had a 350 with the two speed hydromatic tranny. Shifted into second at about 50 mph. No good for a speeder, but it would cruise well. Used to volunteer to take the neighborhood ice skating girls to gym practice 15-18 years old. Had the top down and had fun with that. Still can't stop smiling at the Torino though. Sooooo much fun.

@@randypendleton2529 wrecked beyond repair. ugh.. i see the old cars here & there but never Torino's, wish they'd make a new version besides the mustang! good buddy has a 68 Impala & his Dads 68 firebird mostly in the garage except a few summer days. i'd like to find another Torino w/4 speed

That was the same light yellow that I had in my Torino. The guy built it for his son and he didn’t like it. He now drives it. Saw light it up and get two gears of rubber on his way out of the hardware store.
