Hardly anything better than a sunny day with the view of road/landscape over shaker hood and V8 rumble🙂 The Trans-Am looks great!

One of my dream cars, a 1970 trans am Ram Air iv 400. This and a 1973 SD 455 trans am. I guess I can dream. 😊😊😊 This here is one absolutely gorgeous 😍 car.

I had a buddy back in high school that had a car just like that new. Great cars they were torque monsters.

Perfect! With a parchment color interior. Just what you need with a non- A/C car. This example is very well detailed. I noticed the splash seals around the A arms were missing. But no Biggy. I wish we could have seen the undersides. The sights and sounds were music to my ears. The 400 engine with no A/C, roll up windows, was built with performance in mind. I Surprised to see it was not a 4 speed. But a 350 or 400 turbo hydro gets the job done. My 74 was a 455 with a 400 and even with the weight of the 455 it was a great handling car. Somebody going to get a true Dream car! THANKS for sharing. CHEERS

When I realised you're from Yorkshire - just thought I'd pass on my memory of the first Trans Am I ever saw......and heard! Years ago a member of the Royal Family was visiting York and the last car through the city centre streets before the roads were closed was a 1970 Trans Am just like your beautiful example........the huge round of applause it received from the assembled crowd was almost as loud as it's fantastic "supercharged tractor" burble! I think it may have belonged to Phillip Welch classic cars of Dunnington. Thanks for the video - hope it went to a deserving home!

White lightning and wine. Make that whine, as that's an absolutely beautiful, whining sound from within the cabin of that "70 Street brawler." Is that a Borg Warner transmission, Iam hearing perhaps !?

By virtue of being an automatic it has to be a Turbo-Hyrdramatic GM 3-Speed (so either a TH350 or TH400). I think the available manual could have been the Borg-Warner T-10 or Muncie M22.
