This was my first car. It was 5 years old when I bought it. Drove it for 17 years. That's right, 17 years! Loved it!

IN 1973 CHEVY IMPALAS WERE AVALABLE WITH A FACTORY AIRBAG! MY FAVORITE YEAR, FEATURED IN MY FAVORITE JAMES BOND MOVIE, LIVE AND LET DIE, (ROGER MOORE).

Loved mine. Only difference was mine had hounds-tooth interior. My paint was factory and was slightly more burgundy. Looked much better than this; too 'tomato-ey'. Great car. Sold during one of gas price spikes, early 80's. Mistake.

My dad's car was the same. I recall it was darker and it had the hounds tooth checkered black and white interior with a 350 4bbl and dual exhaust. I always remembered it as the "Chevy."
