The front panel on this bus was rotten. Some prior owner had filled in behind it with liquid expanding foam. Fortunately the foam did not expand and explode the metal structure around it. The foam soaked up water like a sponge and held it. This accelerated the rusting process. We were very fortunate not to have rust on the dash panel itself. Everything came off nicely. Next video will be the new panel going back on.
