Awesome car. So nice to see one in this condition now. About 25 years ago my brother and I converted one just like this to an asphalt circle track race car. Back then we didn't think it would ever be worth anything and the sad part is, it was a true SS.

Seems a little high on the price considering the condition of the interior. Plus being a stock Malibu and not a Laguna

Reminds me of my late paternal grandmother's and later my late youngest paternal uncle's car. Their's were a more electric blue, column-shift, slightly different dash, remember a "GEN" light on their dash. The one break and concession my paternal grandfather made with cars. He was a Ford man through and through. He had a 1979 F-150 custom, dual gas tanks, took my sister and I for rides in it all the time when we were kids and an 1987 Crown Victoria he had from when it was new till the day he died.

Original paint job? If you got metallic paint, it turned into sandpaper in a few years and a cracked dashboard if you lived in a hot climate
