The Shadow II with rack and pinion steering was amazingly agile to drive. Citroen hydraulic self levelling suspension in the rear (under license). I took delivery of a SS II in 1978 in February in London in the same colour - Nutmeg. Normally only for the Corniche & Wraith. Did 31,000 kms in 18 months in UK, Scandinavia and Europe before shipping home tax free the Australia - saved 92.85% Duty and Sales Tax that would have been payable on a new car.
