These wire wheels were last made for the 1992 Cadillac Broughams. I priced them then and they were over $900.00 ( Canadian ) per wheel!! They are no longer available through your Cadillac dealer. The reproductions are made in China and are not very good. The best thing is to search for a good N.O.S. or a lightly used set. I found mine when a man was selling his whole car! Just keep looking and good luck!

Like everything else it depends on condition. You can purchase a "project" for as low as $2000.00. However, by the time you rebuild the engine, transmission, and all the interior, body, and paint work- you will be in it for MORE than the car is worth. You are far better off to buy the nicest example you can afford. You would be surprised the sweethearts you can find for under ten thousand! Good luck!

What you are seeing is oxidized or "dead " paint. It is good to remove this oxidized paint and is normal. Only time this will not buff up the shine is if the paint has been neglected for too long. In this case a re-paint is the only option. The wax I use will remove oxidized paint also, the more you wax- the less paint you will see on your rag!
