Maybe the most disgraceful display ever of unprofessionalism and callousness by police officers. There’s no other side to the story.

Milwaukee sounds like an awful place with awful police officers during the early 1990's.... wow just wow.

They should be ashamed for at least not helping a young male who was clearly not in the right state of mind he should of been guided to safety and back to the killers apartment

By their own admission Konerak was naked, bleeding, AND drunk, at the very least the officers should have arrested him for indecent exposure and or public intoxication.

Do not understand how any 4 of these can look @ themselves in the mirror & STILL think they did absolutely nothing wrong....I'm in no way anti-police like many, many are. However, all they needed to do is what they seem always rabid to do for just about any of us: PULL THE DANG RECORD up to SEE IF there's any criminal history!!! Ain't that POLICE 101? 🙄🤔🤬😡🤬

I live in Milwaukee, I was a kid when all this was going on. In fact, I currently live about a mile away from Dahmer’s grandmother’s mother home. So, I’m well versed in all of this, since it was a huge rift in the community and still is in a lot of ways here today. However, I can assure you, Mike Gousha (pronounced Gu-shay) is an ABSOLUTE pro. Guy could have left for national news outlets, but chose to stay in Milwaukee. Back when this interview happened it was frowned upon to interject your own feeling into an interview as it is common place today. He asked the question and let them answer. As all interviews should go. We all know these officers are bullshitting. They’re full of shit and everybody knows it anyway, regardless of how the interviewer conducted the interview.

i think this was purely racist. His the asian boy had a bleeding head wound and was so intoxicated that he coudlnt even talk, the cops would have called an ambulance, which would have saved his life..

That photo you showed and named as Konerak Sinthasomphone is not Konerak. That was his brother Somsak in the photo who was sexually assaulted by Dahmer. I'm in Australia and I know that photo of that child with the glasses was NOT Konerak

Detective Patrick Kennedy who took Jeff's confession said one of these officers later came out as gay. The girl that tried to save Konerak said their response (these cops) was so bizarre, that she wondered if they were in on abusing young boys. Wondered if they had an arrangement with Jeff & that was why they were so eager to return Konerak to Dahmer.

This interview comes across as a massive pity party. “Oh woe is me, oh woe is me...” There is no self reflection or introspection. At best they exercised extremely poor judgement. This resulted in a child being butchered alive!

Firstly they Should've heard those women When they told the Cops, 1 of the women Knew the kid? But Cops Chose Not to Listen to the women?( the women where the Ones that Rang the Cops for Help).. The Cops Should've at Least Rang the Ambo's; to have that Boy Checked Medically, It Was the Best thing they Could've done for that Boy,( he was a 14yr old child) he Would be Alive today!!!!! SO SAD, MAY HE RIP👼🌹 🙏 🕊

They messed up, really bad, but this is dahmer fault, I don't believe dahmer is insane, I think he knew what he was doing, he was an alcoholic, who drank more alcohol, too carry out, what he did to those people, because he knows what he was doing was wrong, and his actions were reprehensible, but to blame the officers, and not to blame the justice. system, is a complete injustice, too the victims, from the first murder, too the last, they had multiple, opportunities to catch him, they just didn't care enough! Everyone should blame the justice system, and Dahmer. No one else deserves blame! Damher played everyone, even his own father!

Don´t you see it?? The situation with these officers is not unprofessionalism or neglecting their duty, it was all about pure racism. It´s more than obvious that they realized Konerak was hurt and in pain but they not only allowed the crime but they took part in it when they did nothing for the boy. These men should be sent to prison. Also just watch the full interview of Dahmer, he is really mocking of the victim´s families, giving specific details of his murders. Read all accounts of his beaviour in prison, making fun of everyone , pretending he was going to bite them. That´s exactly why he was allowed to be in general population and on top of that as a janitor and with no prison guard present, so that was the perfect moment for Scarver to kill him.

A less known fact is that Konerak was a street prostitute, and had a different name, John Hummong. If you dig enough through the internet there are even his nude photos, who took them is a mystery. The cops made a horrible mistake that night, but Konerak at 14 did pretty much look like an adult. People wonder how Dahmer could also assault Konerak's brother, it was not an accident, those poor kids were out there working the streets.

You're absolutely right! I have documented this fact in my video series on my channel. Question: the pictures you are speaking about do you mean the ones that Dahmer took where he posed for his Polaroid camera? Or other ones? Can you please link me to those for further research purposes? All the best,

@@LOLFIELDANDLOVE Hey Patrick. Most info I stated are from your videos and forum. But the polaroids I mentioned are not the ones that look like the Arch of hysteria statue which Jeff took of Konerak post mortem, I remember seeing a polaroid, black and white, of Konerak in some room, alive, standing and posing for the camera. I've seen it some years ago, not quite sure where it came from or who took the photos

With that statement so if I guy picks up and has sex with a 14-year-old girl based off of your logic, just because she looked like an adult it’s OK not to question whether or not she is a minor and he is free to have sex with her. I believe that these cops hadn’t been the other way around and Dahmer had a girl there they would’ve checked the ID for make sure she would’ve been OK and see if she was indeed a minor or an adult. Just like the police tell every day citizens, that ignorance of the law is not a defense. These cops got away with being fired simply because during that time the laws were different, and because of their arrogance and incompetence call little kid was murdered.
